| Rear hatch window seal tech be aware: If the seal seems flattened, transfer the latch outboard roughly 1/8 to three/16 inch (3mm to 5mm) to alleviate the additional strain on the seal. Testing exhibits that when the window latch is just too far inboard the seal flattens. When the seal flattens, the vent holes designed to launch water are restricted or closed. This permits water to construct up within the seal and spill excessive by means of the break up and onto the ground contained in the automobile. | |||
